Volcano Icecreams recipe (Makes 4)


You will need:

4 big scoops of chocolate icecream

4 saucers or shallow dishes

4 tablespoons of crumbled Cadbury's Flake or grated chocolate

strawberry syrup


Put a big scoop of chocolate icecream on each saucer, and shape it to look like a mountain.

Sprinkle a tablespoon of the crumbled or grated chocolate over and around each 'mountain', pressing it a little into the icecream so that it doesn't fall off.

Make a shallow hole in the top of each 'mountain', and pour strawberry syrup into each hole, letting a little syrup overflow and run down the sides.

Your Volcano Icecreams are now ready to serve.
